The provincial government of Eastern Samar, led by Gov. RV Evardone, brought the SeRVisyo Caravan: “Bringing Government Services nearer to the people” to the island communities of Victory Island and Manicani Island.
Together with the different offices of the provincial government and partner national government agencies–including PhilHealth, the Philippine Statistics Office, TESDA and others–the caravan delivered essential public services directly to the communities, ensuring that no island is left behind.
