The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Office of the Provincial Assessor, releases the revised 2026 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for all real properties across the province’s 22 municipalities.
Prepared pursuant to Sections 212 and 219 of Republic Act No. 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991), as amended by RA 12001, this SMV serves as the official basis for the classification, valuation, and assessment of real properties in connection with the 2027 General Revision of Real Property Assessments.
The document covers updated unit values for residential, commercial, and agricultural lands, as well as schedules for building construction costs, depreciation, and other improvements across all municipalities of Eastern Samar.
