Sen. Bam Aquino visited the Libuton Elementary School in Borongan City as part of a brief visit.
He was welcomed by Gov. RV Evardone, along with Cong. Sheen P. Gonzales, Cong. Nonoy Libanan, provincial board members, city officials, barangay officials of Libuton, school teachers, and representatives from the schools division of Borongan City.
During his visit, Sen. Aquino checked the condition of classrooms and expressed support for the improvement of school facilities.
A one-storey, two-classroom building is being planned. The school currently has seven classrooms.
Sen. Aquino is also scheduled to serve as guest speaker during the 63rd Commencement Exercises of Eastern Samar State University Main Campus. (TAC-GBP)
