With the aim of providing a fast and reliable system to track documents and deliver better services to Estehanons, Gov. RV Evardone led the executive committee in pushing for the digitalization of provincial government processes.
The initiative shifts transactions from paper-based to a centralized digital platform, allowing all offices to initiate, process, and monitor requests in real time—reducing delays and improving efficiency and transparency.
Each office will be given system access, with designated primary and alternate administrators to manage inputs. These personnel will undergo training to ensure smooth implementation.
Joining the meeting were Vice Gov. Maricar Sison-Goteesan and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, who expressed support for the initiative seen to strengthen service delivery across the province. (RCS-JDM)
